Denise Samuel, a native of St. Vincent and the Grenadines migrated to New York at the age of 17 but current resides in PA. 
Denise has always been passionate about education and community work.  In 2003, she graduated with her first accounting degree from NYCCT.  In 2007, she graduated with a BS in Accounting, and in 2012, she graduated with honors and an MS in Public Accounting.   She is a member of Pennsylvania Associates of School Business Officials (PASBO), Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society, Golden Key International Honor Society – Strayer University, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and most recently, the Lions Club International.

Denise is also very enthusiastic about her work with the Miss Caribbean U.S. Beauty Pageant, Inc. because she feels it provides awareness.  One of her strongest belief is to motivate contestants and members of the organization to be proactive in their communities.
