What is the best compliment you’ve ever received?
The best compliment I’ve ever received was that I have a beautiful voice; I appreciated that complement because in growing up I was criticized for not sounding black.

At the age of 17 I became a Student Ambassador, Also, I won the Police Commissioner competition and for a day I was.
Name an unexpected moment that happened in your life. (Please explain):
The passing of my father May 2012, he was sick but he was recovering from his sickness. What made it so unexpected was that he called me couple of days before his passing to let me know that he was coming to NY to see me.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Be yourself because no one can represent you better than you.
What makes you special and unique?
I consider myself to be very quirky, creative and genial.
What is your platform (Organization/Cause you’re passionate about)?
I am most Passionate about inspiring young people to love and accept themselves as God made them. In this Generation women of color are taught that who they are isn’t enough. Something I struggle with myself.
What can’t you live without?
My Family, they are the ones who push me to do more.
If you had one wish what would it be?
To be able to travel the world.
